The information contained on lost, damaged or destroyed (LDD) property is intended for use by SORM client agencies for internal benchmarking of their individual property control systems.

The data was calculated based on information provided by the Comptroller of Public Accounts as reported by state agencies. State Property Accounting disposal codes 17, 18, 20, 21 and 28-30 are reflected in the LDD dollar and percentage calculations.

The data includes only SORM client agency experience and does not include information for UT System, A&M System or TxDot.
