Short Term General Liability for Texas Client State Agencies
Due to lack of demand for such coverage by client state agencies, the State Office of Risk Management has ceased the existence of the Short Term Special Event General Liability Program. Although a state- sponsored program no longer exists, the purchase of Short Term Special Event General Liability by state agencies will still be permitted on an as needed basis.
