The State Office of Risk Management supports a statewide Continuity Council as a forum for federal, state, local, tribal, and private entities to share ideas on continuity. The Council facilitates relationships with and among various governmental and private entities to support a whole community focus for the Continuity program. The Council will strive to create a welcoming environment for all levels of continuity experience and will focus on providing education, guidance, and resources to all members of the continuity community. These meetings and events will be open to anyone who wants to attend.
Continuity Council Reset
Hello and welcome to our new Continuity Council webpage! We are happy to have you and hope you will participate in some of our upcoming events. To kick off the Continuity Council again, SORM will host a Summit on September 10th with multiple speakers presenting on a variety of topics. See our pamphlet for details on the times, location, topics, and speakers. If you would like to attend, please register at the link below. Registration is not required but will help us get an idea on how many attendees to expect. And, please spread the word! Anyone is welcome to attend the summit and participate in Council activities because we believe in the whole community perspective of continuity. There is also a newsletter detailing the plans for the Council moving forward, a working Charter, and a survey where we hope you will leave your feedback.
