“I am very excited to welcome Frank into the senior risk management position. His wealth of knowledge in the risk management field and the positive relationships he has developed with the SORM staff and our client agencies will serve him well. I look forward to working with Mr. Marcopolos in developing our department and assisting with the implementation of enterprise risk management across the State of Texas,” said Ms. Tooley.
“I look forward to helping the team reach SORM’s risk management strategic goals,” said Mr. Marcopolos. “Newer initiatives such as enterprise risk management and continuity of operations, combined with the continued efforts toward reducing workers’ compensation and other losses for the state of Texas, are projects I’m most excited about working on.”
Mr. Marcopolos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz, an Associate in Risk Management-Enterprise Risk Management (ARM-E) certification from The Institutes, and an Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certification from the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII).
