Claims Coordinator Council

The State Office of Risk Management handles the Workers’ Compensation claims for the State of Texas. In 2024 the Claims Coordinator Council was created. The Council assembles every quarter of the calendar year. The Council consists of Claims Coordinators, Human Resources Representatives, and all others involved in submitting Workers’ Compensation claims. The Council meets to discuss an array of topics regarding Workers’ Compensation. This is a forum in which the agencies of the State of Texas can work with the State Office Risk Management for successful Workers’ Compensation claims outcomes.
