Risk Management

SORM provides risk management, insurance, and business continuity services to our client state agencies. SORM’s Risk Management Specialists assist state agencies with the development of robust risk management programs that protect state employees, state assets, and the public served.

Risk managers at the State Office of Risk Management conduct On Site Consultations (OSCs) and Risk Management Program Reviews (RMPRs) to evaluate client state agencies’ health and safety programs, and to determine whether the programs that agencies have in place to keep their employees safe need any improvements. To assist state agencies, SORM has compiled a list of resources and announcements to better prepare agencies for OSCs, RMPRs, and other safety inspections.
